The final verdict on this
Super tidy and well-maintained, the hotel offers 24/7 coffee and tea, which I loved. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, and you can't beat the fantastic location. We scored a lovely view from our deck! Free parking was a great perk as well. Truly a hidden gem!

All in all, spent my time lovely here. The room was very pretty and clean with the bathroom and writing desk and a king size bed, and all other comforts. The staff was amicable in all services. The location of the hotel was central, near to restaurants, shops, the beach and Marginsl Way and stores reatraunts. A cool bonus was nearby Abbott's Creamery, that offered tea and coffee.

Great ocean views and a lovely location. Breakfast featured gluten-free options, a nice touch, and the 24-hour coffee machines offered freshly ground coffee. The room felt a bit cramped, and the air conditioning was louder than expected were great.

That coffee machine cranked out freshly ground beans round the clock, definitely gave me a jolt every morning. Morning spreads featured a simple yet satisfying continental breakfast, hit the spot without extravagance, perfect for fueling a day of exploring.
The King Room felt a tad cramped. With just a bed and a small bathroom, it lacked any real space to kick back. A desk or even a couple of chairs would have elevated the comfort level quite a bit. The air conditioner kicked up quite a noise. The pool area was blistering underfoot, so wear water shoes if you plan on lounging there.

The room could've been more spacious-definitely a no-go for a game of Twister! Next time, I'll just bring a tent for the extra room!

The room felt a bit cramped with just a king size bed and a bathroom, leaving little room to relax. A desk or some chairs would have made it more comfortable. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Waking up to a wonderful continental breakfast every morning was a treat! The breakfast options were simple but satisfying. I especially loved the 24hr coffee machines with freshly ground coffee beans, a nice perk! The hotel boasts great ocean views, even if not every room has one. It's just a short walk to the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove, perfect for those who enjoy a little outdoor adventure. One downside, though, was the lack of fresh fruit at breakfast. The options were mostly packaged and high in sugar.

Breakfast was simple but very good! The location was awesome especially when I looked around and saw it probably was in top 3 down that stretch.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.
